- Is a voluntary organisation with membership open to all interested individuals, families, clubs and other bodies from Southam and surrounding villages.
- Elects a committee at the Annual General Meeting.
- Arranges exchange visits and social and cultural activities in the twin towns.
- Assists with the development with links between schools and students in the twin towns including school exchanges and student work experience periods.
- Introduces clubs, societies and organisations to their counterparts in Marolles and assists in the development of links
- Arranges a programme of events and social functions with the twin aim of raising funds and publicising the aims of twinning.
- Is an independent, non-political, self-funding organisation, independent of any financial support from the Town Council.
